Whether you have a long term injury, want to make that back ache go away, balance your body, mind and spirit, or just want to relax and treat yourself to something nice, massage would be a fabulous solution.

Most people live busy and stressful lives, and two days off work per week is just not enough to find a place for you between kid's activities, dog walking, yard working, house cleaning, family/friends visiting, grocery shopping, etc. It is too easy to just let it go and worry about other things, other than the needs of your own body and mind.

Take some time for yourself and visit my office for a professional massage. I will customize your session to your body's needs.

Expectations

All services are by appointment only. The best contact is by phone (425-829-8172). For your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled time to fill out a short health form. I ask for a 24 hour courteous cancellation notice, and a minimum 5 hour notice to avoid $45.00 fee. Please call if you are running late.

Your privacy and comfort are important. You will be draped during the massage, and please feel free to communicate about pressure, temperature or any other questions/concerns that you may have.
