Massage For Couples Workshop

Learn techniques for providing at home relaxation massage to each other. The class will teach basic massage strokes and body positioning. Learn sequences for back, neck, shoulders, head, face, arms, hands, and feet. Couples will learn how to apply the right amount of pressure as well as explore different strokes and variations. Learn how to give massage at home without the use of a massage table. Couples will take home a bottle of massage oil and lotion as well as handouts.
